All work is sent second class Royal Mail UK delivery, if you need something urgently or for a specific date then please get in touch to discuss. As work is hand made please allow up to seven days for receipt of work, if it doesn't arrive within ten working days please contact me and I'll check with the post office, thank you.

As orders are handmade to order a refund is unlikely but please contact me to discuss. If there is a fault with the product please contact me as soon as possible to rectify it, we're only human and sometimes mistakes do happen but we'll always aim to put it right as quickly as possible.

If you want work shipped to a different address, or perhaps personalising or wrapping as a gift - all these things can be done, just let me know at checkout.
